We strive to make things easy for you with a hassle-free 30-day return window from the delivery date. For our NailClear device, we've even extended this to a generous 180-day return option. Of course, there are some conditions that apply, and here's what you should be aware of:

The special 180-day refund is a unique offer we've set up just for our NailClear device purchases. We want to make sure it's working effectively for you, so we require a little favor: please snap a picture of the NailClear on your toe and another picture of your toe alone, once a week for 4 weeks. These images really help us verify that the product's being used correctly and is working as intended.

Now, once a device has been used, we can't resell it due to hygiene regulations. So if you do return it, please know that we'll be responsibly destroying it.

Finally, we appreciate your patience as we handle your return or refund request. It may take up to 30 working days for us to process it all, but we'll do our very best to make it as swift and smooth as possible. And remember, those pictures of your toe are a crucial part of the return request, so don't forget to include them. If you have any questions or need assistance, we're always here to help!


Additional Conditions for Extended Return:


  • The 180-day refund applies exclusively to purchases of the NailClear device.
  • To confirm proper use, please take photos of your toe once a week for 4 weeks; these images assist us in verifying the product's effectiveness.
  • Due to hygiene regulations, used devices cannot be resold and will be responsibly destroyed if returned.
  • Please allow a processing time of up to 30 working days for handling your return or refund request.

Exchanges
